Pastor George Harris has been a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana all his life. Having been educated in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, George furthered his education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Ministry from Anderson University. George is married to Shiwonda Harris and has three children.

Although George confessed Christ in his younger years, it was not until a car accident nearly claimed his life that he completely surrendered his life to God. This accident caused major damage to his right leg, shattering his hip ball and breaking every bone in his leg. After the accident, George began studying the word of God and was called to ministry in 2003.

During his tenure as a pastor, George has worked in various capacities. His first assignment as an Assistant Pastor was at New Creation Christian Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. From there he accepted a position as Senior Associate Pastor at Redeemed Fellowship Church in Watson, Louisiana. When the opportunity presented itself, George returned to New Creation Christian Center’s Theater Church as the Campus Pastor in South Baton Rouge. He remained at this location until the staff felt led to focus on growing the Main Campus of New Creation Christian Center. George remained at this post until he was led to start New Season Church in 2022. George has been the guest minister in various parts of Louisiana including North Louisiana.
